Return and Refund Policy

 At Babusar Watches, we stand behind the quality of our watches and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Here's how it works:


Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiating a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@babusar.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you on the return process, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24-48 Business hours.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-3 Business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, as financial institutions may necessitate a brief processing period.

Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or variant, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, but once an order has a tracking number or is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
- We understand that circumstances may lead to order cancellations. Please note that a 5% administration fee will be applied to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours after the order was received providing photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. If the customer informs us of a damaged watch or requests a refund after 72 hours, we can only offer a partial refund.
- We do not provide compensation if the customer has deliberately damaged the watch.


Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank and contact us if the issue persists.
